Bucket reconditioning service

MST offers a complete bucket reconditioning service for all sizes and types of buckets for both excavators and loading shovels. The materials used in the bucket repairs either match or exceed the quality of the original bucket and MST guarantees a fast turnaround to avoid machine downtime.

On-site inspections

MST have 8 sales engineers that cover the UK and can inspect and measure any repair jobs and provide feedback and a quotation for the work required. MST also operate 5 fully equipped hiab lorries that can deliver and collect the buckets to and from the site. 

Choice of wear parts

Due to MST's large stock of bucket wear parts, bucket repairs can be fitted with a variety of bucket teeth or wear blades, depending on the customers requirements. For more information on the range of wear parts MST can offer, select the wear parts or bucket teeth pages in the product menu above.

Loan bucket programme

To help keep machine downtime to a minimum, MST can supply a replacement bucket whilst the customers bucket is being repaired. The loan bucket is supplied when the damaged bucket is collected and delivered back once the repair is complete. This allows for the machine to continue working while the repair is in progress.
